My name is Stefan and I’m 27 years old. I work as a researcher at the Databases and Distributed Systems Group at the Technische Universität Darmstadt. I live in Darmstadt, little south of Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
I have many interests but I guess the most important ones are hanging out with friends, rollerblading, skiing, photography, biking, eating and exploring the Internet. Sometimes I’m a nerd – but hey: if you study computer science you have to be a bit strange 
. But most of the time I’m just as normal as everybody else.
The intention of this blog is to keep my friends all around the planet informed. Maybe the blog is entertaining from time to time, too. Thus this blog is public and everybody is welcome to read and leave comments.
